I’m Marsha, a Feeding Aversion Coach with over 15 years of experience — but more importantly, I’m a parent who’s been where you are.

My journey into this work began with my own child. We struggled through stressful, emotional mealtimes filled with worry, tears, and more questions than answers. Despite trying different therapies and approaches, nothing seemed to help. It wasn’t until I took a step back and really began to understand the why behind my child’s refusal to eat that things began to shift.

I stopped focusing on the behavior and started focusing on trust. I learned how to tune into my child’s cues, reduce pressure, and rebuild a peaceful feeding relationship from the ground up. And slowly, with patience and consistency, I watched my child go from fearful and resistant to calm and confident at the table.

That experience changed my life — and it sparked a deep passion to help other families find the same healing.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with countless parents and children, offering support that is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in mutual respect. I don’t believe in pressure-based methods or quick fixes. I believe in helping children feel safe, understood, and ready — in their own time.
